I think this would also work as “cellphone or no cellphone section” or “screaming children or no screaming children section”. And you could redo it as a movie theater – I would pay extra to be in a no cellphone, no kids section of the theater.

You’re absolutely correct — but remember, this was printed in 1983, when beepers were the main annoyance (okay, screaming children were right up there also).
